Warranty and Repairing services:
In order to receive repair service in or out of warranty you must get prior approval from Industrial Image. To obtain this approval, you can call us at (770) 205-6636 or send an email to support@industrialimage.net. They will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The monitor must be shipped back to Industrial Image with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. The package must be shipped to you by freight prepaid. All products from Industrial Image have a one year minimum limited warranty period.
